I never buy salad dressings – lots of funny ingredients and preservatives for something that is so simple to make. However, before this recipe, my salad dressings consisted of oil, vinegar and maybe a small dollop of mustard, if I remembered it. This dressing takes only a smidge longer to make and has six ingredients. You can vary the vinegar to get a different colour or taste; I chose to use a balsamic for this one. It goes great on this potato salad.
