The Delia Smith Project: Hummus Bi Tahina

There’s not much I can think of to say about hummus, except that – soaking and cooking the chickpeas aside – it’s super easy and satisfying to make your own. We can’t really buy ready-made hummus in Switzerland; I’ve only ever seen it in the health food shops and it’s expensive. Plus it makes a really quick lunch when you only have to chop up carrots and peppers to dip into it 🙂
